Retainer Agreement.
Mycreditbuilder.net follows strict federal guidelines and all applicable
laws to dispute inaccurate negative items on your credit reports by
disputing the items which you believe to be inaccurate, misleading or
unverifiable. When our company receives your credit reports, we will
analyze your reports and launch investigations immediately with the
credit reporting agencies on your behalf. We cannot guarantee a
specific outcome as some things are out of our control such as not
paying your bills now, which would in effect be putting more negative
items on your report. But we can guarantee that we will improve your
credit profile if you can follow all of our instructions.
1 - In accordance with federal regulation, we will only bill you for
your credit report process after your work has been completed for each
month. If our work isn’t successful and a negative item hasn’t been
removed, updated, changed to reflect positively on your credit report
or no new positive accounts have not been opened up you will not be
billed.
2 - You agree to print a copy of this agreement for your records.
3 - If a problem occurs in ordering of your credit reports, we will
notify you as to what documentation is needed to rectify this situation
and we will provide you with instructions so that you may be able to
obtain your reports directly from the credit reporting agencies. It is
understood by our clients that we order credit reports as a courtesy to
you.
4 - You acknowledge that you sought out the Mycreditbuilder.net in the State of Georgia.
5 - Make sure to note on all your credit reports, which items you
believe to be inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable. When signing up
for our services, you also provided us with an electronic signature
giving Mycreditbuilder.net limited power of attorney, to perform work in your
name and on your behalf with the credit reporting agencies and
creditors. When you send us your reports, please be aware that any
unmarked negative items on your reports will be understood by Mycreditbuilder.net that you are indicating those negative items are to
be disputed with the credit reporting agencies or creditors.
6 - Fax or email your credit reports to us at least every 45 days,
forward copies of all correspondence from the credit reporting agencies
to us and promptly inform us of any change of address.
7 - You agree to pay Mycreditbuilder.net the initial audit / analysis fee of $589.00. The
enrollment process consists of us setting up your file, ordering your
reports, assigning you a personal case manager and performing a full
audit and analysis of your credit situation. The client fully
understands that our analysis fee is non refundable after the 3 day
cancellation period. You can cancel this agreement at any time. Upon
cancellation all work completed must be paid in full. You grant Mycreditbuilder.net permission to withdraw earned funds from your account
unless you cancel according to terms of this agreement. If you wish to
cancel this agreement simply send an email to info@mycreditbuilder.net or send a
cancellation notice to the address below, with your full name and the
last four digits of your social security number. Mycreditbuilder.net reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for
any reason.
You will receive a full refund of your analysis / audit fee the first 3
days in our program if for any reason you want to cancel.
Indemnification
You the client hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Mycreditbuilder.net and all officers, directors, owners, agents,
employees, information providers, affiliates harmless from and against
any and all liability and cost incurred by the indemnified parties in
connection with any claim arising our of any breach by you the client
of this agreement, without limitation, including attorney’s fees and
cost.
Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties hereto
with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersedes any and all
prior agreements with respect thereto. This agreement shall not be
amended, modified except in writing signed by each of the parties
hereto.
